A few minor things:
I think the contrast could be a bit higher, both on the trees in the background and on the left branches of the tree in the foreground. There is also a bit of noise left in the middle of the foreground branches, but I know Adobe can only do so much (and I'm also picky).
Also, while the photo is fairly evenly balanced, it could use something (a boat on the water, perhaps?) on the left side of the frame. I realize it's a bit late now, since the photo's already been taken, but just something to consider.
All in all, though, very skillfully done! Keep up the excellent work.
